Each Blade & Stone professional hair care device, clipper, trimmer or shaver is built to guarantee consistent performance. When you use Blade & Stone Products, we want to ensure they function at their optimal performance for every service you do. However, products do stop working from time to time. Our warranty policies were created to ensure quick and easy resolution to ensure you have optimal tools always if this happens to you Please review our warranty policy below.
Limited 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Blade & Stone provides a limited 2 year warranty for all products (see exceptions below). This limited 2 year warranty is only available when purchased through an authorized Blade & Stone distributor or dealer. Products purchased through unauthorized channels will NOT carry a manufacturer's warranty. Authorized distributors are limited to Amazon.com and Bladenstone.com. Any purchases made on non-unauthorized AMAZON store, EBAY, or other reseller platforms are NOT warrantied.
Our 2 Year Warranty Coverage (5-Year Warranty Coverage with Club registration)
- Tool gets hot
- Tool shuts off by itself
- Indicator light stays on
- Tool doesn't turn on. No power.
- Switch broken or fell off
- Tool only works for a short period of time
- Charging base doesn't turn on when plugged in
Claims that must be reported within 7 days from the delivery Date
- Physical damage. (i.e. Tool has dent or crack on the body)
- Blade is chipped or broken
- Blade pulls hair when cutting
- Tool makes excessive noise
- Tool doesn’t cut properly
- Other
Blade & Stone Club 5 Year Warranty
If you register your product with Blade & Stone and sign up for our FREE Club, you will receive an additional 3 years of warranty for a total 5-year warranty.
Not Covered by Warranty
This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug, or excessive product build-up on plates or scratched or damaged plates or damage due to accident, misuse or abuse such as dropping (broken housing, broken hinges, loose plates, rattling noise, etc.) or neglect in safety precautions; or tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized person, or use of unauthorized attachments.
Wearable parts such as blades, foil heads, or cutters are not covered under the 2-year warranty. If your product wears out or becomes damaged over time, we recommend purchasing a replacement blade, foil, or cutter.
This warranty may be void if your tools are not used according to the company’s specifications and instructions or are not properly cleaned and maintained as stated in the product manual.
Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by you modifying, attempting to fix or otherwise altering the product. [Do we want to advise that they can’t re-gap the blades?]
How To Make a Warranty Claim
Please fill out the warranty form, attach proof of purchase (receipt), photo or short video of the issue. The warranty process will begin after we receive the product in question.
Please be sure to inspect your tool within 7 days from the delivery date. After the 7th day from delivery, we will not cover physical damage (i.e. dents or cracks on the body), the blade is chipped or broken, the blade pulls hair when cutting, the tool makes excessive noise, or the tool doesn’t cut properly. If there are any issues with the trimmer or the clipper within 7 days from the delivery date, please fill out the form below and submit it. One of our representatives will respond to you by email
** NOTE - $24.95 Processing and handling fee will be charged for each warranty claim. Return label will be provided. The review process will take up to 1-2 weeks.
